We work in every country in the world, so we will be able to look for your family even if you’re separated by borders. Our staff will be fully respectful of your culture and religion and are familiar with the local language and your needs.
Who do we help?
While we can’t help to resolve family disputes, we can help you find your family if you were separated as a result of a humanitarian crisis such as a conflict, a natural disaster or migration. It does not matter if you’re living in a country irregularly.
How can we help?
The first step is to contact us in the country you’re living in now. It does not matter if you’re not in home country. Find your nearest office here.
We have people on the ground working to find missing people. Each case is different, but here are some of the services we provide:
- finding people;
- putting families back in touch;
- reuniting families when that is possible and in the best interests of all those concerned;
- helping families keep in contact through phone calls and messages;
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The service is free of charge.
How long will you work on my case?
We will work with you and your family for as long as it takes. You can ask us to stop at any time.
What will you do with my personal details?
The personal information that we collect from you is completely confidential and is used only to help find your missing relative.
We will only disclose the information you provided to us with your consent.

Can you help me find someone I am not related to?
We can only help people find their family members. We unfortunately cannot help you if you are looking for a friend or contacting us on behalf of someone else. Please ask a member of the missing person’s family to contact us instead.
What if my family member can’t be found?
Sadly, not everyone can be found.
Not knowing if your loved one is dead or alive is indescribably painful. We will do out best to provide you and your family with emotional and other types of support to help you through this very difficult time. We may also be able to assist you with administrative issues or refer you to others who can help you.
What if my family member doesn’t want to be found?
When someone we’re looking for does not want to be in contact with their family, we have to respect that decision.
