Christchurch Firearms Incident in New ZealandRestoring Family Links

During this uncertain and difficult time New Zealand Red Cross continues to liaise with Police to identify those who have died and those who were injured in the Christchurch attacks and communicate this to families.

Please see below for a statement provided by New Zealand Police:

We encourage you to check the most up to date information on the formally identified victims on the New Zealand Police website (https://www.police.govt.nz/major-events/christchurch-attacks).

Our deepest sympathies and thoughts go out to the family and friends of all the victims as they come to terms with the tragic loss of their loved ones.”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade have advised that families wishing to travel to NZ will need to apply for emergency visas, more information available via this link:
